On June 14, on the 89th Anniversary of the birth of Commander Ernesto Che Guevara, the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI) honored the true man and authentic revolutionary.
In the company of the FEU national president, Jennifer Bello Martínez and the Vice- Rector for University Extension, MSc. Silvano Merced Len, the president of Ocean Sur Publishing House, David Deutschmann, inaugurated the exhibition.
In his opening speech, the editor of Ocean Sur thanked the FEU organization and UCI for the opportunity to share with the university community Che's life from his childhood until the last days of his life.
The exhibiton includes, as stated by Deutschmann, photos from the collection in the Che Guevara Studies Center and from the book Che desde siempre.
During the photographic exhibition dedicated to Che, the FEU national President interacted with the University students.
"We think the best way to understand Che is to read," said David Deutschmann, president of Ocean Sur and Ocean Press publishing houses.
