The Scientific Council's mission is to lay out the scientific policy for postgraduate activity and the training of masters and Ph.D. programs . It also evaluates the progress of technical scientific work including scientific production, establishes the indicators to measure this activity and its interaction with the rest of the processes and areas; In addition, proposes the scientific projects that will receive finance from the University or other institutions.
