New graduate engineers of UCI already got their job placement
Complying with one of the fundamental premises of the study -work scheme in Cuba, our country guarantees each higher education graduate a job that both responds to the demand for employment and supports the process of economic growth of the island.
The University of Informatics Sciences (UCI), which in the 2017-2018 academic year graduates more than 300 students, held Assemblies for job placement on Thursday.
These meetings are held with all fifth-year students, in the presence of the members of the schools’ boards of directors, the Academic General Secretary of the Academic Secretariat of this university and the main employers.
The graduates of this academic institution, whose main mission is to promote the computerization of Cuba , will be welcomed in September by different organizations and companies from all the provinces of the country, among them Minfar, Minint, UCI, Etecsa, Desoft, Mincom, Prensa Latina, the Electoral Commission, Joven Club, Onei, Cujae, the University of Havana and others.
The accomplishment of the social service for the good of the people and in favor of greater technological development makes these new engineers grow as they carry on the fundamental ideas of the leader of the Cuban Revolution when he created this University that is already celebrating its 12th graduation.
