A good communicator , armed all the time with a smile on her face, Professor Adisley Reyes is engaged daily in leading properly the fifth year collective of the Faculty of Sciences and Computational Technologies.

The young educator has shown that there is no pssion compared with being a teacher, one who rigorously and tenderly instructs both thinking and feelings; The same one that leaves in his students an unforgettable memory. P>

- How do you come to the magisterium and what has meant it in your life? Strong> p>

- The desire of teaching arrives in my life in the third year of the career, as an assistant student, at that time the teachers who came from other provinces & nbsp; to the university were not enough for the amount of groups that there were registered in our institution. P>

"When I graduated in 2007 I started in the Department of Software Engineering and I currently teach classes in the Basic Sciences of Probability and Statistics department and I am a fifth year Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Computer Science and Technology ". P>

- How do you prepare the target group to respond to students' demands and concerns? Strong> p>

- The work of the main teacher is one of the most complex, but the most beautiful one that has the profession in the level of attention to the students, is a responsibility in which there is & nbsp; That meet & nbsp; Both the faculty faculty and the student body and make that community of the year work as a whole. "The group of teachers has to make a personalized educational work with the student to be aware of all the situations and need that they have in academic and personal life" p>

- What strategies do you implement to improve student academic education? Strong> p>

- What are the main challenges you faced in this period? Strong> p>

- First, I excel in pedagogical preparation and has taken an extra effort to prepare me pedagogically and didactically to confront the educational process. P>

"The challenge we have today is to keep them interested in the race and work closely with them so they know that if we continue to work together, the nation will move forward.
