From very early on, the workers and students of the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI) gathered in the vicinity of the Revolution Square José Martí to participate in a parade which expressed the commitment of our institution with the revolutionary process.

The members of this house of higher studies marched this May Day, in what constituted another irrefutable image of the consensus of unity around the Revolution and the leadership of its youth.

Cuban flags and allegorical posters led the march of our youth, who demonstrated that we keep united to defend the main objectives of our nation.

This emblematic scenario was filled with the colors of the national flag in a historic day of support for the historic leadership of the country; there were raised slogans of support for socialism and the updating process of the Cuban economy.

The important date that defends the international proletariat was turned by the representatives of UCI into the main scenario to honor the historical leader of the Revolution, Fidel Castro, and an opportunity to emphasize its permanent link with the Troop of the future.
