Angola, Luanda November 28th, 2016
When we are far from Cuba, we are always afraid of receiving news that announce the physical disappearance of a relative and not be able to pay him or her a final farewell. Due to the hours of difference with our homeland, Saturday morning, November 26th, was the worst of the sunrises, we were informed that our beloved and invincible Commander in Chief was no longer physically present.
It was news that left us in shock, touched and immensely sad. How is the day supposed to be continued knowing that the greatest leader of our country, the greatest Father of all Cubans, our greatest reference of rebellion, struggle, sacrifice, revolution, will no longer be among us? To understand something like this, of a man who has always accompanied us in all battles, is truly difficult.
Far from our country, our people, our University, the one that he dreamed of and created, where many of us were trained as professionals and thanks to you Commander, today we bring our knowledge and professionalism to all parts of the world, today we continue with that task that you started Which is to help the Angolan people in their development as a nation.
Fidel is the leader of the Cubans, of all the men and women of good of the world, the brilliant statesman, the irreproachable revolutionary who lived next to his people and suffered vicissitudes, sacrifices and enjoyed imperishable glories. He is the man who gave back to his people the most precious treasure, dignity. A giant that walks among us, leaving a huge legacy in its way. You're not dead Commander! Your example will last forever in the minds and hearts of all Cubans. You will continue commanding in the thinking of your people with the principles and values you have taught us. Compatriots, the struggle continues!
We hold in our hearts that immense pain that is felt when a loved one departs. From this place of duty, we will continue cultivating the values that characterize our country. We will follow your example. This generation of young people have a great challenge, we are heirs of your dream.
Rest in peace dear commander
Always Until Victory!
# Until Anytime commander
