First foreign graduate of The Master of Science in Project Management Program
Ecuadorian engineer Luis Esteban Peñaherrera Sandoval shared his experiences around the business architecture guide for the management of project-oriented organizations following his master’s thesis defense presentation this Wednesday at the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI).
The postgraduate lecture room 1 from School Building 1, hosted the dissertation of the researcher who proposed a guide of business architecture focused on the client with the aim of improving the processes and systems of the enterprise simultaneously, with emphasis on international standards TOGAF, OKINAWA, PMBOK and ISO21500.
In relation to the impact of this research, he emphasized that the guide proposes carrying out an economic feasibility analysis that was implemented in the Ecuadorian company Quituservices, demonstrating the relevance of this study to real scenarios.
During the defense, qualified as excellent, the first foreign graduate of the Master of Management of Computer Projects evaluated the need to take into account strategies for continuous improvement in the project-oriented business architecture guide, as well as the application of iterations to obtain Of the final result.
In summarizing the period of preparation of the thesis, Peñaherrera Sandoval narrated the pride of having graduated from this program and especially thanked his adviser, Dr. Sc., Pedro Piñero Pérez; he also acknowledged how he has grown from the professional and human point of view.
