To renew or ratify the management structures of the Union Bureau at the University of Informatics Sciences (known as UCI) began on Monday, February 20th , the election process that will close next 24.
The presentation of the members of the ballot was carried out in Plaza Mella, in front of the community of the university , headed by Ph.D. Miriam Nicado García, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Party and of the Council of State and rector of this house of high studies.
Jorge Ricardo Rodríguez Márquez, president of the Candidature Committee, also announced the rest of the members in charge of the electoral process.
The ballot is made up of 13 comrades, from whom 11 will be in the Union Bureau of the UCI and the remaining two will serve as activists.
At the event it was known that from February 22nd to 24th will be the votes of all workers and on this last day the conclusions will be made in Plaza Mella, where the Candidature Commission will announce how the new union will be integrated .
