This 7th of July the pre-defence of doctoral thesis started at the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI), in Conference Room 3 of the Rectorate in this institution.
The first presenter was MSc. Gilberto Fernando Castro Aguilar, from Ecuador, with the theme "Model for income assurance in project oriented organizations based on anomalous data mining".
The Ecuadorian applicant is among the professionals who are being trained in the Special Program of Scientific Training in Computer Science (Pefci) in this house of higher studies. He has been working for four years already to complete the requirement necessary to achieve a final result with an adequate scientific level and the needed for this kind of research.
The Evaluation Committee members were the Doctors of Science Vivian Estrada Sentí, Roxana Cañizares González, Juan Pedro Febles Rodríguez, Arturo César Arias Orizon, Arturo Orellana García, and the opponents, also doctors in science, were Roberto Delgado Víctore and Rafael Arturo Trujillo Rasúa
