The Introductory school of Computer Science (FICI for its Spanish equivalent), in the midst of the consternation and pain that afflicts our university community, came to the lobby of Teaching building 6 to pay tribute to the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution.
On behalf of the students, Javier González said that the new pines of this school continue being attached to their commitment to Fidel, and reaffirmed the decision to continue to achieve greater efforts, from the trench of ideas.
In this regard, MSc. Reina Estrada, dean of the school, said that Fidel was not only an extraordinary political leader, but an intellectual committed to his time and meant that they will remain faithful to the thought and action of our Commander in Chief.
The greatest commitment of the young people of this institution is the immense duty to value the work of Fidel and to ratify the pride of being part of a generation that, like the one that inspires us today, will not let die the luminous ideas of Fidel.
