I introduce the MSc. Hubert Viltres Sala: graduated as  Engineer in 2008 at the University of Informatics Sciences (known as UCI). He completed his Master's Degree in Applied Informatics in 2014. He works in the Faculty 3 of the institution as head of the Department of Professional Practice of the Center for Ideoinformatics (CIDI) and of the project "Fidel, soldier of ideas".

In 2015, this young man presented in the Scientific Committee of Faculty 1 the topic Computational Model for Semantic Processing in Information Retrieval Systems and, when approved, entered the Special Scientific Training Program in Information Technology (known as PEFCI).

Due to the relevance and timeliness of the research, the Doctorate Committee gave its approval to the Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment (CITMA) for its approval.

In a meeting with the press, Viltres Sala informed us the requirements that he has already fulfilled in his aspiration to become a Ph.D.  in Informatics: he performed the minimum of Social Problems of Science and Technology (PSCT) and of the Specialty. he also fulfilled the requirement of having two scientific publications in impact journals.

These disclosures appear in the Cuban Journal of Computer Science (RCCI) and the International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (IRJET), with an impact factor, the last one, of 5,181, with the work: Algorithm for calculating relevance of documents in Information retrieval systems.

Published articles have received much support from tutors in writing and publication. At the moment he has presented others that are in the process of revision.

Regarding the strictness of the activities in the PEFCI, he emphasizes the quality of all and the possibility of learning with the signs and recommendations to him or the other aspirants, so as not to make the same mistakes when presenting the research. In addition, training is provided by members of the national courts.
