The Master's program in Project Management at the Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas trains professionals in innovative project management techniques, combining theory and practice. Its graduates are prepared for the execution of projects in different spheres of society, for example: investment, information technologies, innovation and research. They will also be able to:
- Direct and manage projects and programs.
- Elaborate, execute and direct research, development and innovation projects in different fields of human activity.
- Design development strategies in project-oriented organizations.
- Conduct research, development and innovation in project management, developing new knowledge.
- Execute consultancies and direct institutions dedicated to project management.

To obtain the Master's degree in Project Management, it is necessary to accumulate a minimum of 62 credits structured as follows:

This program is offered in three study modalities: Classroom, Blended and Distance. With a full-time dedication of 2 years, part-time of 3 years and distance learning of 3.5 years. Each academic year is divided into three main periods: January-April, May-July, September-December. The courses may be developed combining classroom and virtual teaching. The acquired credits are valid for 5 years. The courses may be taken independently or as part of the graduate program, in both cases they allow the acquisition of credits for the Master's degree:

Registration requirements
- Be a university graduate accredited with a copy of the degree or graduation certificate.
- Meet the admission requirements of the Master's Program.
- Deliver all the documentation required in the program.
- For foreigners who have not graduated from Cuban universities, additional documentation legalization requirements are specified.
