Geographic Information Systems Sovereign Platform
It is a system developed jointly with the companies GEOCUBA and XETID, aimed to the creation and customization of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), to make decisions based on the representation and analysis of information on maps. Supported by international standards, the GENESIG sovereign platform can be customized to any society environment according to the most demanding needs in a short period of time.
Statistic Management Integrated System
This is a web application that allows the automation of processes of statistical data capture in an institution. Its generic design allows it to support different businesses with similar methodological statistic bases. It has a modular architecture that allows the capture and collection of data, submission of information and organizational intelligence. It responds to form creation processes that include the calculation of indicators and surveys characteristic to the management of statistical information. The system is aligned with the policies of the Government Information System.
This system allows validating the captured data and managing security in terms of functionalities and resources. In addition, it makes it possible to consult and process the recorded data through the Dynamic Report Generator (GDR) tool.
Hospital Information System
Hospital management integrated system. Its main feature includes an electronic medical record (EMR) with all the documents, images and information about each patient. It is completely digitalized, centralized and safely stored in compliance with medical ethics principles: nursing data, test information, diagnoses, request systems, test results, appointments and can be digitally signed.
Among the main benefits for the customer one of the most relevant is the information management of all the processes a patient can go through at a hospital and the integration with other hospital areas.
Information security, homogeneity and standardization are elements taken into consideration in order to achieve a greater control and an efficient and agile statistic management by obtaining medical studies cases. Historical Files Management System
Multi-platform system that contributes to preserve the historical memory of archival institutions. It allows to manage an institution’s classification table, its physical structure and the description of archive documents according to ISAD (G). It expedites the searching and management of information services about documents and enables the extraction of characters out of non-manuscript documents from the digital images associated to the document description. It manages conservation and preservation processes of historical documents saving the results of the treatment they receive, as well as the environmental records of the places where they are being preserved.

It is a system developed and designed for organized permanent broadcast of news and information in text, image or audio through a TV channel. Primarily aimed to hotels, airports, universities, railways, bus stations, hospitals, banks, convention centers and businesses. XILEMA PRIMICIA offers complete security, absolute control of information and ensures excellent informative experience for its users.
Project Management Suite
XEDRO GESPRO is a Web-oriented Suite that allows planning, monitoring and controlling products as informatics projects. It has tools to support the decision making in different levels such as project, executing entity or management. Its business model is based on services that combine the use of an integrated software solution for project management and a system of specialized training in project management. This combination allows not only the computerizing of organizations but also the overall improvement of the planning, control and monitoring of projects. The business model is based on services and the price of the product varies according to the defined services, including project management consultancy. It is currently used at the University of Informatics Sciences.
Platform for Imaging Information Management
Designed to offer medical personnel working in diagnostic imaging services a range of general purpose tools for viewing and processing digital medical images and subsequent editing of issued reports. It is made up of several highly integrated components, compatible with the international DICOM standard, offering a solution that is scalable and adaptable to the requirements of different hospitals, according to its workflow. It allows the comparison of medical images of the patient, obtained at different moments, second opinion consultations of doctors inside and outside the hospital, fidelity, reliability and reduction in the time of access to the studies from any viewing station. Enables a more efficient workflow.
Educational Platform
XAUCE ZERA 2.0 is an innovative, flexible, interactive and adaptable educational platform, capable of guiding the teaching-learning process in companies, organizations, communities and institutions of any level of education due to a powerful set of tools focused on apprentices and collaborative learning environments, which empowers both teaching and learning. It is accessible from any mobile device and supports interactive content enriched with psychological and didactic elements, as well as multimedia resources from previously defined templates that are interspersed with documents, presentations and other materials along with discussion forums, questionnaires and dissimilar typologies of exercises that they can be evaluated automatically, by coevaluation or directly by the teacher. It also supports Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) and ensures that there are no linguistic limitations to learn online by supporting multiple languages.
Administrative documents management system
Documentary management system aimed at the automation of document processes of organizations. It contains all the instruments to cover from the generation of documents, their review, administration, distribution, custody and disposal, complying with international standards for document management, maintaining the security of documents in electronic format. Among its main features are the control of versions, access and permissions, automation of document flows, management of documents and folders, management of notes on documents and lists of data. It contains modules for the management of agreements, management of reports, notifications, management of records of entry and exit of documents and management of the classification table of the entity.
Custom search engine
XILEMA ORIÓN is a system oriented to search published contents in the Cuban web through a friendly and intuitive interface. This tool is composed by three components that, as a whole, provide the functionalities of general and advanced search of documents, texts and images. It constitutes the technological base of Cuba Network.
Measurement System
It is a system that allows the measurement of low and medium complexity processes, from a central station through the acquisition and real time processing of data associated to the process variables. It is designed to run on devices with limited hardware resources. It allows graphically representing data and process variables and monitoring them through alarms. This is a generic system that can be configured to automate processes in different environments, such as industries, comfort and security systems, agriculture, hydraulics, weather stations, and electrical installations, among others.
Digital Repository
XABAL REPXOS is a web system that allows to store and disseminate digital intellectual production generated by an institution. Based on the DSpace tool, its main objectives are to guarantee the visibility of the authors, facilitate contact between them, favor the discussion of the deposited works, contribute to the increase of citations and the impact of the works in the scientific community of the institution where it is installed.
All the information generated in the different types of events that take place in the institution, is stored in XABAL REPXOS 3.0; its integration with the investigative processes, allows to use the documentation as an information source, offering a way for knowledge dissemination and also a tool in the teaching-educational process. This facilitates open access to information to institution’s researchers.
Hardware and Software Resource Manager
System that performs inventory of hardware and software components in a computer network. It makes it easier to detect changes in these components, classify them in authorized or unauthorized, according to what has been established in the entity, as well as performing control actions (shutdown, hibernate, suspend, reboot, send notification by mail) to unauthorized changes. It has a web interface that allows viewing and managing the information obtained from computers.
Industrial Automation System
It is a system that allows controlling and monitoring all operations of a process from a computer and through field devices. It also gives the possibility of storing data in order to make analysis to obtain important indicators that allow a feedback on the process.
It can be applied to any process that needs automation; it has a distributed, configurable and scalable architecture that can be adapted to the requirements of industry. It communicates with a number of field devices that can be expanded through the development of drivers or protocol handlers.
