The shortcomings in the planning, control, and monitoring of projects provoke delays in the execution of it with social affectations for the beneficiaries and breaches in the execution of the budgets.

When dealing with this problem, the Project Management Research Group aims to develop basic and applied research for the development of products and services that help to make decisions in the Planning, Control, and Monitoring of Projects in our country, guaranteeing a high impact in social and economic development in various spheres of society.
